Shipping

When will I receive my order?

We will send your order via courier which will be tracked and will need to be signed for. Orders on average take 3 working days.

What do I do if I did not receive my order?

Please get in touch if you order has not been received after 7 workings days that we have advised you of dispatch. info@waxx.co.uk

Returns & Exchanges

How do I make return

Simply contact us for a return label and return the merchandise in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition in its original packaging (box or case, matte white protective bag etc). Please also include either the original invoice/delivery note supplied and details of your, order/invoice number and your requirements for a refund.info@waxx.co.uk

Will I need to pay to return a package?

As long as you are in our Waxx Family then No, the postage will be paid by Waxx via a pre-paid label. Simply drop the package at your local post office clearly labelled with the WAXX label.

When will I receive my refund?

Once a returned item is received a refund will be processed within 3 days of the item being received.
